    Why i need to do so?

    If database is already created then you need to Import Database from location where it has kept.Importing a database is the opposite of backing it up. It becomes important in case you need to restore your website or when you move it to another host. phpMyAdmin makes this quite easy as well.
    Steps needed to import database:
    Step1:Log in your cPpanal
    Step1: type your user name
    Step2: Type your Password
    Step3: Click on Log inLogin
    After Login open cPanal Window look like:
    Go to Database Section and click on phpMyAdmincpanal 

    Open a phpMyAdmin Window look like:

    Exporting a Backup of your WordPress Database

    Step2. Click to import on your database.

    Import Database

    Step3. Then choose file ( to locate the SQL file on your computer.)

    Choose .sql file

    Step4. After making sure you have ‘SQL’ selected under ‘Format’  You will see your chosen database file is appear then click Go button.

    Upload .sql File

    That’s All.
